Jim S. Forbis, CLU, ChFC, CSA, AIF
Jim S. Forbis is a native North Carolinian and a graduate and scholarship athlete of Duke University. He entered the insurance business in Memphis in 1973 and founded Forbis Insurance in 1981. The firm continued to grow and expand its service capability to become Forbis Financial in 1983.
Jim has earned his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) and AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designations, in addition to many industry and company awards. He is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, as well as a member of Top of the Table, The International Forum, Pinnacle Study Group, CAI Qualified Plan Best Practices Study Group and was the winner of the National Quality Award.
Jim actively strives to make a difference in the lives of his clients and their communities. He is the founder of Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-South and has served as a National Board Member and Officer of Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. In 1990, he was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award for his involvement with Make-A-Wish. Most recently, Jim has had an active part in the establishment of The Methodist Health Care Residential Hospice for Memphis and the surrounding area. In May of 2008, he became a member of Advisors in Philanthropy and completed the Renaissance Charitable Planning Workshop. He was awarded the Million Dollar Round Table Quality of Life Award for his generous service.
Family and spirituality are a high priority for Jim. He and his wife Ann share interest and involvement with sons, Jeremy and Will, and daughters, Katie and Sarah, that range from church and youth groups to athletics, hunting and fishing. Jim enjoys farm management and spends much of his time on his Mississippi and South Carolina farms.
Commitments to excellence and outstanding service have helped Jim build a solid and expanding client base. Referrals from clients continue to be the most productive method for his expanding service.

Larry Clayton, CLU, ChFC, AEP
Larry Clayton started his financial services career during his last semester of undergraduate studies at the University of Memphis. After working his way through college for a custom builder, the custom building of financial plans was a natural fit.
Larry Clayton was a founding principal in CFH Financial Services, Inc., a successful financial services firm in Memphis, Tennessee. Larry specializes in financial and estate planning for high net worth individuals, business owners, corporate executives, and successful entrepreneurs. He also provides comprehensive business and employee benefit planning for his corporate clients.
A graduate of the University of Memphis, Larry holds both the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant professional designations from the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He has served as president of the Memphis Estate Planning Council, Memphis Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the Memphis Chapter of the Society of Financial Professionals. Larry is a charter member of the prestigious Pinnacle Study Group.
Larry is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Tableand has qualified for the prestigious Court of the Table and Top of the Table. He is often called upon as a speaker, having made presentations to insurance companies, insurance associations, estate planning councils, planning firms, civic groups, and "Leave a Legacy" for the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis. In addition, Larry is a lay speaker in the Memphis Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Larry and his wife, Judy, have two daughters and three grandchildren. Larry is a farm owner and enjoys working on his farm, hunting, and fishing in his leisure time.

Ken Hawkins, CLU
Ken Hawkins graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1974 and the University of Memphis in 1975, earning undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in education. Ken entered the insurance business in 1981 after teaching and coaching with the Shelby County schools for several years.
Ken provides complete investment advisory and asset management services. He specializes in financial and estate planning for individuals and businesses.
A Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Ken is a member of The Memphis Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table for over 25 years.
Ken and his wife Charla have two sons, Brett and Andy. He is a Youth Sunday School teacher at the Collierville First Baptist Church.

Bennie Howie, CLU
Bennie Howie began his career in the financial services industry in 1978. Additionally, Bennie has more than two decades experience providing investment planning. He is a graduate of Rhodes College, where he played football.
Bennie helps individuals and families to develop, implement, and monitor personal financial plans. Paying close attention to the unique needs and goals of his clients, Bennie customizes each plan he creates.
Bennie provides business owners with advice and design assistance in employee benefit plans to efficiently attract and retain quality employees. He also provides business continuation and succession plans to securely and safely pass on their businesses or its value.
A committed family man and father, Bennie has coached youth sports for his children and remains active with the Boy Scouts. He and his wife, Terry, have two sons.

Ryan Boyd, CFP®
Ryan Boyd joined CFH Financial Services, Inc. in July 2001. Prior to joining CFH Financial, he worked in the Central Arkansas area as a credit analyst and loan officer for AgHeritage Farm Credit Services.
Ryan is a native Arkansan with a business finance degree from the University of Arkansas. He has also earned an executive certificate in Financial Planning from Christian Brothers University.
Ryan provides comprehensive financial, investment, and estate planning for individuals, business owners, and successful entrepreneurs. He provides employer-sponsored pension planning for individual and corporate clients. Because of his interest and background in agriculture, Ryan has tailored quality solutions for the unique needs of farm families and agriculture related businesses.
Family life is a high priority for Ryan, his wife, Katie, and their daughter Elise. They are active members of Christ United Methodist Church. Ryan shares his interest and involvement in fly fishing, hunting, and water skiing with family and friends.
Ryan believes one of his roles as a financial planner is to insure that his clients have the necessary information to make prudent financial decisions. He regularly teaches a retirement planning class at Christian Brothers University and Arkansas State University. He is also an approved conference presenter for the United States Postal Service southern region annual conference.

Jeremy Forbis, CFP®
Jeremy Forbis is a marketing graduate of Texas A&M University and has earned an executive certificate in Financial Planning from Christian Brothers University. Jeremy joined CFH Financial Services, Inc. in January 2001.
He believes that effective planning is not an event, but rather a process which fosters the meaningful, long-term trusted advisor relationship he seeks with every client.
As an independent insurance agent, Jeremy is able to survey the marketplace and provide solutions to protect the income, assets and lifestyle of clients through the prudent use of life, health, disability and long-term care insurance.
Jeremy is happily married to Abby, has a love for the outdoors, and is an avid hunter and fisherman. He is an active member of Christ United Methodist Church where he volunteers his time and talents. Jeremy also works closely with Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-South.
He believes that taking an active role in helping to educate the community on the value of financial planning is important, and frequently conducts workshops for churches, civic organizations, businesses and other groups.

Joseph Lee Wilder, CLTC
Joseph Lee Wilder has provided comprehensive financial and investment planning to families, individuals and businesses since 2002. After obtaining a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from the University of Memphis in December 2000, Joseph began his career in banking. In 2002, he made a move to the financial services industry where he was a Financial Advisor for seven years with a local firm. He attained a Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation in 2006.
In February of 2009, Joseph joined CFH Financial Services, Inc. He enjoys working with medical professionals, business owners, pre-retirees, retirees and corporate executives. Joseph believes in taking a holistic approach to create custom financial plans for his clients.
Joseph, his wife Stephanie and their two children, Christopher and Isabelle, attend Germantown Church of Christ where Joseph participates as a mentor for the Lads to Leaders GUARD program, as well as other leadership roles within the congregation. He also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross and the American Heart Association. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, running, golf, church league softball, Braves baseball and Titans football.

April Lubiani
April Lubiani, Marketing & Special Projects Coordinator, has been with CFH Financial Services, Inc. since 2006. She is responsible for all marketing, advertising and public relations for CFH, as well as compliance, investment research, managing the paperless office project and planning workshops and events.
April earned a B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2003. After graduation, she moved to Nagano, Japan as a teacher with the Japanese Exchange Teaching Programme where she taught English as a Second Language for two years.
Her interests include running, gardening, cooking, reading and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Greg, enjoy doing volunteer work in the community through their church, Hope Presbyterian.

Craig Howard
Craig Howard is the newest addition to the CFH Financial Services, Inc. family. Prior to joining CFH Financial, Craig served the inner-city of Memphisthrough an after school tutoring, mentoring, and sport-based ministry called Memphis Athletic Ministries. He was the Assistant Director for the GrizzliesAthleticCenterand Directed MAM’s SummerAcademythe past two years.
Craig began his career in the financial services industry with a desire to help people meet their financial needs in a holistic way through careful and innovative financial planning. He enjoys working with young couples to aid in developing a lifelong plan to achieve dreams and goals, as well as pre-retirees and retirees in maintaining their hard earned retirement funds.
Craig moved to Memphisfrom West Texaswhere he played football for the Abilene Christian University Wildcats while he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science, with a Minor in Biblical Text. He is continuing his education by working towards a Master’s of Arts in ChristianMinistryfrom the Graduate School of Theology at Abilene Christian. Craig has a strong desire to turn his education into practical application through community service and relational living.
Craig is happily married to his beautiful bride Sarah, and they have one son, Hutton. Craig loves watching sports, playing golf, reading, cooking out, and spending time with family and friends.
