We are proud to announce that Jeremy Forbis has been selected as a 2010 FIVESTAR Wealth Managersm. This prestigious award is given to wealth managers who provide clients with exceptional overall satisfaction, indicated by other consumers and industry peers.  It is awarded to less than seven percent of all wealth managers in the Memphis area.  Be sure to check out the November issue of Memphis magazine for a special feature section on the recipients of this award. Congratulations Jeremy! 

 
We at CFH Financial Services are excited to participate as a supporting sponsor of several charitable events this summer.  In July, we were a proud sponsor of the 12th Annual Firecracker 5k to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, as well as the Big Rigs for Little Kids Charity Golf Tournament, which raised money for Make-A-Wish of the Midsouth, the Memphis Ronald McDonald House, and the TTA Scholarship Fund.  In August, we sponsored the Shaun Micheel Make-A-Wish Golf Classic and in September, we will be supporting the Memphis Fire Fighters Association by participating as a hole sponsor for their annual Fire Fighters Charity Golf Tournament.  Community involvement is an important value for the advisors and staff at CFH Financial. We invite you to check out our Community Involvement page for more information! 
 
 
CFH Financial welcomes Amy Lincoln to the team!  She will be assisting Larry Clayton with group business.  Amy began her insurance career in 1995 working for an independent agency in Hannibal, Missouri.  She has worked in all areas of insurance, but has spent the last six years in the life and group health market of the insurance industry.  She is married to Steve Lincoln and has five children. Amy is a member of New Church Memphis where she serves as the children’s Sunday School outreach assistant and a member of the choir.  She also enjoys reading, fishing as much a possible, and spending time with her family. 
Congratulations to Craig and Sarah Howard on the new addition to their family!  Hutton James Howard arrived on June 3, 2010.  He weighed 8 lb. 3 oz. and was 12 1/2 long. 
 
We welcome Angel Duncan to CFH Financial Services!  Angel graduated from ASU-Jonesboro with a BS in finance.  She has been in the financial industry since 1996 and is Series 7, 66, and 31 licensed.  She also holds an insurance license.  Angel and her husband Ricky have two children- Anna Beth, 9, and Isabella, 6 months. She is a member of Lynch View Baptist Church in North Little Rock, AR,  where she directs the children's choir.  In her spare time, she likes to read, spend time with family, and play softball and basketball.  Angel will work in our new Cabot office location.
CFH growth continues!  Last year our Memphis office in White Station Tower doubled in size to accommodate our growing number of advisors and staff, and now we are excited to announce to opening of a second location.  On April 1, 2009, CFH Financial Services, Inc. opened a second branch in Cabot, Arkansas.  CFH Financial has been servicing central Arkansas for 13 years and is proud to become a larger part of the community.
 
Financial is proud to announce the newest addition to our team.  Joseph Lee Wilder is a financial advisor with seven years of experience in the financial services industry.  He enjoys working with medical professionals, business owners, pre-retirees, retirees and corporate executives. Joseph believes in taking a holistic approach to create custom financial plans for his clients.  Welcome Joseph!
Last year welcomed significant changes and plans for growth for CFH Financial Services, Inc.  Jim Forbis succeeded Larry Clayton as firm principal and owner on January 1, 2008 and is moving to redirect specialization to four primary areas of service: Asset Management, Employee Benefits and Qualified Plan Services, Retirement Planning and Estate Planning.  Our office space in White Station Tower doubled in size earlier this year, expanding to 5,800 square feet.  There are plans to increase the number of advisors on staff to 10 or 12 within the next five years.
